Business Services Agreement between: Expert Hub (Provider) and Client whereby Provider agrees to provide the services to Client from todays date.

Services:

The parties agree to engage in a structured service program for the client to achieve specified results. The parties shall meet in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

1. The Client is responsible for creating and implementing, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Provider is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Provider.

2. Expert Hub is responsible for providing templates and up to date marketing strategies that are accessible to the client in a timely manner.

3. The Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the implementation.

Schedule & Fees:

This agreement is valid beginning on the date signed below. If Email and SMS features are utilized inside the app, the Client agrees to pay the rates outlined below. These rates will be charged to the credit card provided during program payment.
